Job Description & Requirements Specialty : OR - Operating Room Discipline : RN Start Date : 01 / 04 / 2026 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 10 hours, days Employment Type : Local Contract 40 guaranteed hours a week and RTO upon request Potential Overtime hours 8-13 week contract, book directly with facility Potential to extend contract with facility Potential hourly incentives for specific specialties Must be willing to float to linked units 401k & Discounted stock purchase options Must have : candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.

• 3 years of operating room experience
• Trauma Experience
• Shift and call flexibility Preferred or nice to have : candidates with these skills will be considered first.
• CNOR certification
• Burn Experience
• Robotic Experience
• Neuro Experience List typical procedures performed on unit(s) :
• Burn : high acuity patients mostly from ICU : wound debridement, skin grafting, dressing change
• Dental : restoration (cavities) and oral maxillofacial
• ENT : T&A through parathyroidectomy and cochlear implants
• Gastroenterology : EGD, colonoscopy
• General - everything
• Gynecology – ablations, vaginal / abdominal hysters
• Neuro – stealth, spinal fusions, discectomy, craniotomy
• Open Heart – CABG, fempop, fistulas
• Ophthalmology – vitrectomy, cataracts, corneal transplant
• Orthopedics – trauma, total joints, sports med
• Plastics – breast augmentation / reconstruction
• Psychiatry – electroconvulsive therapy
• Robotics – gyn, general, urology
• Trauma – damage control resuscitative surgery, neuro, ortho, general
• Urology – cystoscopy, TURB, TURP, stents REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS :
• BLS
