Are you an experienced Registered Nurse leader passionate about delivering exceptional maternal care? We're seeking a Labor & Delivery Manager to oversee 24-hour operations and ensure the highest standards of patient care and team performance.

• ? What You'll Do :
• Manage the daily operations of the Labor & Delivery unit.
• Foster excellence in patient care, team collaboration, and workflow efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff to ensure clinical excellence.
• Maintain compliance with hospital standards and regulatory requirements.
• ?? Qualifications :
• Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing ( BSN required
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience and 1–2 years of progressive management experience
• Current RN license in Nevada
• Valid ACLS, NRP, and BCLS certifications
• Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
• ?? Additional Notes :

Incumbents in this position as of 7 / 1 / 2020 were allowed until 1 / 1 / 2022 to meet BSN requirements.
