Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented bookkeeper with experience managing finances for diverse clients?

Dworkin Puzino & Associatea is seeking  a dedicated Bookkeeper to become a vital part of our accounting team.

About the Role

As our Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records for numerous clients across various industries.

You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our clients by managing key financial areas and helping prepare essential reports.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering high-quality, precise work.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing and recording financial transaction in both QuickBooks Desktop & QuickBooks On-line.
  • Managing accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
  • Reconciling bank and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
  • Preparing Payroll & Sales Tax Returns and handling Tax Filings.
  • Tracking expenses and monitoring cash flow for our clients.
  • Collaborating with our accounting team and clients to address financial inquiries and ensure seamless operations.

    • Required Qualifications

  • 3+ Years of bookkeeping experience, preferably within an account firm setting.
  • Proficiency with QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to identify and resolve discrepancies.

    • Work Schedule

  • Full-time position ~ 40 hours per week
  • Potential for busy periods around tax deadlines.

    • Compensation : $40,000.00 per year
