Experienced Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed in New Orleans, LA

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced FNP to join a vibrant community health center in the historic Bywater district of New Orleans. This center is part of a network of community-focused clinics serving diverse populations, providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages in a culturally rich and supportive environment.

Location :

Bywater, New Orleans, LA – close to the city's lively arts, music, and culinary scenes, as well as scenic views of the Mississippi River.

Schedule :

Monday–Thursday : 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Friday : 8 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Saturday & Sunday : Closed

Requirements :

3–5 years of experience as an NP

Active Louisiana NP license

Experience with pediatrics

Strong skills in managing chronic illness and preventive care

Clinical Responsibilities :

Management of asthma, COPD, diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and other chronic conditions

Integrated behavioral health services

Preventive care including immunizations and cancer screenings

Same-day appointments for acute illness

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary : $100,000–$145,000
