Inventory Parts Clerk - 3rd Shift

Performs duties to receive, stock, and manage inventory of spare parts for the maintenance department with a safety-minded attitude that maintains and enhances a safety culture for the benefit of the Company and its employees.

Primary Responsibilities

• Performs Physical Inventory, cycle counts and audits of stock items
• Receives UPS, FedEx and other deliveries
• Distributes packages to appropriate departments
• Receives stock and direct issue items within EAM (CMMS)
• Communicates with and notifies Planner / Scheduler of Planned Parts received
• Prints barcode labels / tags for new inventory and stores items in the established inventory location
• Creates part numbers and inventory locations for new items
• Provides assistance to mechanics and operators in locating parts
• Restocks unused items
• Maintains organization and cleanliness of the storeroom area, shelving, and cabinets
• Performs other duties as assigned

This is a union position and comes with benefits provided by the union, upon completion of the 90-day probationary period. Benefits include medical, vision, and dental as well as 1 week of paid time off after 1 year of employment.
