• Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Social-Media-Strategien basierend auf deinem Know-how und unseren Systemen
• Content-Research: virale Videos identifizieren, Muster erkennen, Listen erstellen und aufbereiten
• Analyse und Optimierung von Inhalten, Performance & Accounts (z. B. Views, Reels, Stories, Statistiken)
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Creatorinnen: täglicher Austausch, Feedback und zuverlässige Betreuung
• Pflege von Creator-Beziehungen und Koordination mit externen Reel-Postern
• Sicherstellen von regelmäßigem Content (Reels, Stories, Feedposts) und qualitativ hochwertigen Captions
• Sehr gutes Verständnis von Social Media, speziell Viralität auf Instagram/TikTok
• Erfahrung im Erstellen von strukturierten und klaren Listen für Creatorinnen
• Analytische Fähigkeiten: erklären, warum Videos viral gehen (oder nicht) und wie man Inhalte verbessern kann
• Deutsch auf Muttersprach-Niveau
• Gute Englischkenntnisse (für Listen, Captions und Kommunikation)
• Verfügbarkeit in ähnlicher Zeitzone wie Deutschland
• Hohe Disziplin, Zuverlässigkeit und Proaktivität: eigenständig Aufgaben erkennen, Schwachstellen analysieren und Lösungen umsetzen
