Principal Project Manager

A company is looking for a Principal Project Manager who will drive process optimization and project success across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement a standardized project management methodology tailored to organizational needs

Lead process optimization initiatives by analyzing current business processes for inefficiencies and automation opportunities

Manage multiple complex, enterprise-wide initiatives with significant financial and operational impact

Required Qualifications

10+ years of experience in project management, process improvement, and business analysis, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

PMP certification and / or other relevant certifications (e.g., Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Agile)

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field

Deep expertise in process mapping and data analysis using process improvement methodologies

Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence organizational change
