As a Front Desk Security Professional with Allied Universal at a prestigious financial institution, you will be the first point of contact, greeting visitors and assisting with access control. What You'll Do :

Provide exceptional customer service to visitors, employees, and vendors at the front desk in a financial institution setting.

Carry out access control procedures, verifying identification and credentials in accordance with site-specific policies and procedures.

Monitor entry and exit points to help to deter unauthorized access and / or security-related incidents within the location.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all security-related activities, incidents, and visitor logs as required by the site.

Communicate professionally with all individuals, addressing inquiries and directing them as needed.

Assist with emergency response activities when appropriate, coordinating with Allied Universal management and emergency services as directed.

Minimum Requirements :

Experience with access control and badge systems is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
