Job descriptionAssist with the coordination and dispatch of security-related personnel across the location, following site-specific protocols and procedures. Monitor communication systems to receive and relay information regarding incidents, alarms, and emergencies to appropriate personnel in a timely manner. Document and maintain detailed records of incidents, dispatch activity, and communications in accordance with site policies. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing guidance and direction to on-site staff as needed. Support regular communication with on-site teams to help to deter potential security-related threats and address concerns as they arise. Provide customer service by assisting employees and / or visitors with inquiries related to security-related procedures and protocols. Collaborate with Allied Universal management and client representatives to communicate relevant security-related information as required. Applicants must have a minimum of three years combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or possess a college degree. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required by the client. Applicants must be at least 21 years of age. A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements. A Security Professional Guard Card is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
