Therapy Tree provides evidence based, results oriented therapy which is tailored to meet the needs of each individual. Our therapists use motivating and fun activities to encourage children, capture their interest, and provide successful and motivating experiences in order to help children to progress in their skills and to develop a love for learning and a strong self-esteem.

Opportunity :

Manages and supports the daily operations, activities, and performance of the therapists at the clinic. Oversees patient flow and assures the clinic is adequately staffed and supported and functioning to serve the patients’ and business needs.

Requirements :

• SLP, OT or PT license plus 1 year leadership experience
• 2-3 years of pediatrics in outpatient or inpatient
• Must be a full-time W2 employee working a minimum of 35 hours per week.
• Has broad knowledge of all OT / PT / ST disciplines and is a current support on the floor at all times for the team.
• Consistently meets / exceeds 80% productivity of direct patient care and manages documentation requirements with minimal to no difficulty. Demonstrates exemplary attendance at work.
• Must supply liability insurance
