In this role you will provide complete and appropriate solutions for every customer in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability, you will manage leads, work with existing clients, and close deals.

Your initial responsibilities as a customer sales & service representative :
- develop new customer accounts to increase revenue
- work directly with customers to discuss and support their needs
- conduct client visits with new and existing customers
- educate and engage with our clients
- create and submit sales reports
- utilize the best technology the industry can offer like Salesforce for better customer service and sales presentations
- evaluating each client’s needs, and negotiating successful deals
- work directly with the management team on individual training and development
- increase customer satisfaction
- assists in training or mentoring of associates
- position will interact directly with customers, and all levels of management
