Job Title : Shared Services Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Shared Services Coordinator to join our team. This role requires working 100% onsite, Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. The position involves sitting at the front desk and handling various HR operations tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the front desk and provide HR operations support.
  • Issue temporary badges and handle check-in and check-out processes.
  • Manage lost and found items and luggage inquiries.
  • Respond to questions via shared email and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Gather timecard data for workers' compensation claims in CAD.
  • Conduct I-9 re-verification reach outs and send 90 / 180-day reminders for updates.
  • Support labor law poster management for stores, including confirming needs and placing orders.

Essential Skills

  • Proficient in customer service and data entry.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and administrative support.
  • Familiarity with Outlook, onboarding, and HR admin tasks.
  • Skilled in receptionist duties, calendaring, clerical work, timecard management, I-9 verification, and handling workers' compensation claims.
  • Experience with SAP Logon.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a larger, highly matrixed company.
  • Attention to detail and customer service experience.
  • Ability to multitask and provide general business support.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to use resources effectively to find answers to unknown questions.
  • Work Environment

    This position is 100% onsite, with working hours from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday. The environment is fast-paced and requires a professional appearance.

    Job Type & Location

    This is a Contract position based out of Seattle, Washington.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $24.00 / hr.
