We are seeking a motivated Event Specialist to join our growing team. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent organizational skills and a passion for event execution. The Event Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing events from concept to completion, ensuring that each project aligns with our clients’ vision and standards of excellence.

Responsibilities

Plan, organize, and execute events, from small gatherings to large-scale activations.

Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships to ensure seamless event delivery.

Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, setup, and on-site management.

Collaborate with internal teams and clients to bring creative event concepts to life.

Monitor event performance and provide post-event reports with recommendations for improvement.

Ensure all events align with Signal Tru Brand’s quality and brand standards.

Qualifications

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.

2+ years of experience in event planning or project coordination.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset.
