Overview
Role Summary : As a Marketing Coordinator, you play a crucial role in supporting the pursuit leaders and VP of Business Development in their teams' efforts. Your primary responsibility will focus on assisting in preparing and writing proposals, executing digital and traditional marketing campaigns, and creating compelling marketing collateral.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and assist in producing marketing materials such as qualifications, proposals, resumes, presentations, and advertisements.
- Assist in coordinating teammates for successful collaboration in preparing proposals and responding to solicitations, including quality control for detailed RFQ and RFP requirements that showcase our capabilities.
- Assist with management, advertising, direct mail campaigns, internal publications, and social media.
- Assist in the maintenance and updating of the company website on a TBD frequency.
- Assist with maintaining customer relationship management, including tracking customer contact, tracking sales leads, and coordinating customer engagement activities.
- Assist in maintaining a library of proposal templates and other marketing collateral to support business development efforts.
- Coordinate special events.
- Assist in creating engaging content for digital platforms, including social media, website, email newsletters, and blog posts.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, trade shows, community outreach activities, and other special events.
- Assist in tracking marketing performance metrics and preparing reports for management.
- Comply with DBK brand standards.
- Assist with other related duties as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, English, or equivalent work experience.Proven experience (3+ years) in marketing in the AEC field, and familiar with construction terminology.Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CRM Software, MS Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Publisher, Word, and other graphic programs.Proficient in website software, maintenance, and general upkeep.Solid understanding of digital marketing techniques and social media platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create persuasive and engaging content.Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and project management abilities; able to multi-task and manage multiple priorities to meet deadlines.Creative thinking with a strategic mindset.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.What we offer
