About The Position

Job Title : Anesthesia Tech

Profession : Surgical Services

Specialty : Anesthesia Tech

Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : Day 5x8-Hour

Hours per Shift : Variable start times (6 : 45 AM, 9 : 00 AM, or 11 : 00 AM)

Experience : One (1) year of experience in a Surgical Services environment preferred.

License : Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Anesthesia Technician Certification preferred.

Certifications : American Heart Association BLS Card.

Must-Have : Ability to assist Anesthesiologist with patient care as required.

Description :

Assists Anesthesiologist with patient care as required.

Cleans, assembles, and stocks materials, anesthesia equipment, and machines.

Conducts light maintenance of anesthesia equipment.

Works effectively and cooperatively within the workplace.

Floating as needed and call required.

Shift lengths are five 8-hour shifts per week.
