Salary / Hourly Wage : $28.00 - $38.00 / hour

Summary of Job : The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position works under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) and as part of a multi-disciplinary clinical team. The LPN position also identifies the need for medical attention and alerts the Physician and / or RN of medical concerns.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Guest Care & Advocacy :
Provides education regarding diabetic care, psychiatric medication and other medical needs to enhance individual health and wellbeing.
Assists with intake process.
Provides support to Medical Assistants and other staff as needed, which includes treatment and discharge planning.
Performs other related duties assigned.

Job Requirements : To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed must be representative of the knowledge, skills, minimum education, training, licensure, experience, and / or ability required. Graduation from an accredited LPN program.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience working in a behavioral health setting.
Basic computer skills.
If driving is required for this position, must meet all requirements outlined in Recovery Innovations driving policy.
Must be at least 18 years old unless residing in a state where funder or government regulations set a different minimum age requirement.
Must be able to pass a seven-year background check.
A Nursing Competency Checklist must be completed as part of the new hire onboarding process.
Physical Demands
May include work close to the eyes and substantial motions of the wrist, hands, and / or fingers. Frequent sitting, standing, walking, handling, finger dexterity; eye-hand-foot coordination, use of corrected vision; color vision; use of auditory senses. May be required to lift up to twenty-five (25) pounds.
Work Environment
May work in an office environment or behavioral health facility. May have contact with individuals who are agitated and / or confused.
