We are currently seeking a full-time, experienced Clinical Team Member to join our orthopedic team in Chesterfield, VA. This role supports physicians and patients through a blend of clinical, administrative, and operational responsibilities, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the care journey.

What You'll Do

Clinical Support :

• Prepare exam rooms prior to patient arrival
• Interview patients and record vital signs and medical history
• Educate patients on cast care, traction, and orthopedic appliances
• Assist with patient flow and provide direct care as directed
