Operations Manager

DESCRIPTION :

Were looking for an Operations Manager to join our WTE team!   In this role, youll work under the general direction of the Associate Vice President for WTE and take the lead on :

• Recruiting, hiring, training, and supervising RPCs, RCDCs, and Instructors
• Monitoring and evaluating WTE vocational trade training programs
• Coordinating staff training to ensure high-quality instruction and successful job placement
• Meeting performance goals set by HBI and funding agencies

This position requires independent judgment for travel schedules and daily activities, handling confidential information, and traveling as needed.
