What You'll Do :

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner to support a secure environment.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location and surrounding perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify potential concerns.

Observe and report any suspicious activities or security-related incidents to the appropriate personnel.

Assist visitors, employees, and / or customers with directions and general inquiries while maintaining a professional presence.

Work closely with Allied Universal management and site personnel to support security-related operations and site requirements.

Minimum Requirements :

A Guard Card or license is preferred.

Experience with access control or badge systems is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
