Business Banking Relationship Manager
Our Business Banking Relationship Managers play a pivotal role in helping our business clients achieve their financial goals.

The responsibilities are as follows :
- Bring new business clients to the bank through strong business development and prospecting.
- Be the primary advisor for our business clients.
- Build, develop, enrich and manage new and existing relationships with business clients.
- Deliver financial expertise and client-centric solutions that build strong, long-term relationships.
- Assess and attend to clients' banking needs.
- Obtain and process client and account information.
- Educate clients on available deposit and loan products and services.
- Recommend financial solutions based on each client's unique goals and needs.
- Partner effectively with Treasury Management, Merchant Services and High Value Credit Card teams.
Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience - Five to seven or more years of relevant experiencePreferred Skills / Experience :
Strong relationship management and business development abilitiesWell-developed analytical and problem-solving skillsAdvanced knowledge of credit administration, analysis, and credit policy / procedureBroad knowledge of bank products and services that results in successfully identifying appropriate opportunities to sell the bank's productsAbility to work effectively with individuals and groups across the company to manage customer relationshipsExcellent presentation, verbal and written communication skillsDemonstrated business acumen with knowledge of diverse types of businesses, industries, markets, financial and economic conceptsLocation :
The role offers a hybrid / flexible schedule. If not prospecting and meeting with clients, there's an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week with the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.
