Oracle Time and Labor Architect

A company is looking for an Oracle Time and Labor Architect.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the implementation of the Oracle HCM Time and Labor module

Organize and execute testing of the system configuration

Manage the system integrator / implementation partner to ensure project alignment

Required Qualifications

Deep knowledge of Oracle HCM Time and Labor module

Experience as a functional solution architect

Understanding of Oracle HCM configuration

Experience managing system integrators or implementation partners

Knowledge of how Time and Labor module interacts with time clocks and payroll systems
