  • Technical Skills SQL, Snowflake, PowerBI, Advanced Excel, Python Process Optimization Perform journal entry procedures and examine for process improvement opportunities (Transaction, subscription, and ancillary revenue) Provide support for cash log processes Provide support for DBL (RCI points based transaction system) processes including journal entries and other reporting processes Provide support for Tax reporting Understand and perform key fundamental reconciliation procedures Leverage current error reporting and develop incremental reporting to identify and rectify fundamental data issues Provide detailed support for Audits - External / Internal / Stat / Tax Work with new products / processes teams via performing testing procedures Data Collection & Integration Collect and integrate data into Snowflake Database Management / Data Warehouse Mapping tables maintenance within Snowflake Workflow Automation Coding - SQL in Snowflake Data Visualization PowerBI Financial Modeling Advanced Excel Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as a key intermediary between IT and Finance at a detail level Act as a key intermediary between Finance and other departments including Internal Audit, Tax, Revenue Management, and Marketing at a detail level Act as a key intermediary between NA Finance and other regional Finance departments at a detail level Adaptability Be a change agent via driving technology evolution and transformation leading to substantive fundamental reporting process improvements Digital Transformation Play a role in advancing the Snowflake connected to PowerBI reporting process opportunities Communication and Presentation Able to effectively and efficiently explain complex processes to end users such that the end deliverable is able to be leveraged f Key Qualifications Experience : Minimum 5 years combined in data analytics, finance / accounting, or data science. Technical Skills : SQL Snowflake PowerBI Advanced Excel Python Core Responsibilities Process Optimization Perform and improve journal entry procedures (transaction, subscription, ancillary revenue). Support cash log, DBL (points-based system), and tax reporting processes. Execute reconciliation procedures and error reporting enhancements. Provide audit support (external, internal, statutory, tax). Collaborate on testing for new products and processes. Data Management Collect and integrate data into Snowflake. Maintain mapping tables and data warehouse structures. Automation & Visualization Automate workflows using SQL in Snowflake. Build dashboards and visualizations in PowerBI. Develop financial models using Advanced Excel. Cross-Functional Collaboration Serve as a liaison between Finance, IT, Internal Audit, Tax, Revenue Management, and Marketing. Coordinate with regional Finance teams to ensure alignment. Transformation & Communication Drive digital transformation through Snowflake-PowerBI integration. Communicate complex processes clearly to enable data-driven decision-making.
