Job descriptionSupport the development of growth strategies focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction Research new markets and customer needs Help arrange meetings with prospective clients Assist in promoting company products and services to address client objectives Prepare sales contracts under supervision, ensuring compliance with company guidelines Provide reliable feedback and after-sales support Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers Represent the company at networking and team-building events Some experience in business development, sales, or a related field (internships or part-time roles welcome) Basic understanding of sales processes and customer support Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills Excellent time management and planning abilities Bachelors degree (or in progress) in business administration, sales, or a relevant field Willingness to learn about government contracts, procurement policies, and IT products / services Mentorship and training from experienced professionals Opportunities to participate in high-level negotiations and strategic meetings Exposure to commercial, federal, state, and local government procurement processes Collaborative and supportive team environment
