Executive Vice President Of Corporate Strategy

LPL seeks a proven business leader and Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy responsible for shaping the forward looking strategy of the firm, and ensuring that this vision is translated from strategy to execution. In fulfilling this role, the EVP must build broad coalitions across the firm and seek to constantly push the firm to evaluate its assumptions, the environment in which it competes, and how it must adapt to be successful.

Areas of focus will include :

• Corporate Strategy
• Business Strategy & Planning
• Monetization strategy for the company
• End investor experience strategy

This leader will partner closely with LPL's Management Committee, CEO, and Board of Directors.

Pay Range : 300,000-500,000 / year Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
