This position is open to applicants or individuals who are located in or around Garland, TX, and able to work 1st shift schedule with flexibility for longer hours based off of business and peak needs.

The Role

The Inbound Operations Supervisor is a key leader within a multi-client 3PL distribution center, responsible for overseeing inbound functions such as receiving, putaway, replenishment, and returns. This role ensures inbound materials are processed accurately and efficiently to support inventory accuracy and client satisfaction.

The supervisor is accountable for managing and motivating teams to meet productivity, safety, and departmental goals. Success in this role requires strong leadership, a hands-on approach in a manual environment, and a commitment to service excellence and continuous improvement.
