Job descriptionGenerous paid time off and company holidays Annual performance bonus potential Professional development reimbursement and advancement opportunities Dynamic, mission-driven team environment Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 3-5 years of accounting experience in a corporate or multi-entity environment Basic understanding of GAAP and month-end close processes Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP preferred) Skilled in journal entries, reconciliations, and balance sheet maintenance Ability to assist with credit transactions Ability to manage liquidity and forecasted cash needs Excellent accuracy, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities In-office work environment Experience with project accounting, fixed assets, or intercompany transactions Exposure to logistics, construction, or renewable energy industries Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, macros) Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally with operations and finance teams
