Senior Finance Manager
The Finance Manager position is a dedicated position on the customer site supporting a government working capital fund life support / facilities operation and maintenance contract.
The position provides important financial management, analysis, and reporting services to the Program Manager, Customer (CO, COTR, Finance Manager), and internal functions (Finance, Project Control, Supply Chain Management, Contracts, Billing, HR).
Successful candidates will have detailed experience in finance, accounting, or project controls within government contracting or the government.
A proactive collaborative approach, strong analysis skills, and great communications skills are essential.
The position supports the entire project life cycle including estimating, pricing, budgeting, analysis, forecasting, reporting, invoicing, and payment across multiple contract types (CPAF, FFP, LOE, CR ).
Experience and understanding with multiple contract types is necessary. Duties and deliverables completed include both customer facing and company facing requirements.
As such, relevant experience in financial analysis and government contract accounting (FAR, CAS) are required. The internal and external customers significantly rely on the financial analysis and reporting provided;
therefore, accuracy and timeliness of information and compliance with policies and procedures is critical.

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin STRONGLY preferred
o If no degree, 20 years of work experience
- 8-10 years of experience with complete project life cycle within finance (budgeting, estimating, payroll, forecasting)
- Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients and vendors
