Regional Manager- Full Time - Carolina Quick Care
Carolina Quick Care is hiring a Regional Manager (FULL TIME) for our West Jefferson, Elkin, Conover, Dallas, and Hickory, North Carolina locations.
As a Regional Manager, you provide guidance, instruction, direction, and leadership to assigned centers and staff. The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing a large team and its strategic and tactical operations to ensure the achievement of business results and the highest regard for patient care and outcomes. The Regional Manager must be able to travel 50-70% on a regular basis within the region to meet with Team Leads as required, including overnight travel as needed.

What selected candidates will bring :
2+ years Radiology Technologist or Medical Assistant experience required.Education : Graduate of an approved Radiologic Technology program preferred.OR Graduate of an Accredited Medical Assisting Program required.Certifications : One of the following certifications is required (or must be obtained within 15 months of hire) :CCMA- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (verified through NHA, National Health career Association)CMA- Certified Medical Assistant (verified through AAMA, American Association of Medical Assistant)RMA- Registered Medical Assistant (verified through AMT, American Medical Technologists)NCMA- National Certified Medical Assistant (verified through NCCT, National Center for Competency Testing)NRCMA - Nationally Registered Certified Medical Assistant (verified through the National Association for Health Professionals)In lieu of an approved MA certification, we will also expect the following certifications at the time of hire :Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing or LPN or RNEMT - Emergency Medical Technician (Verified through the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians)CNA- Certified Nursing AssistantBasic Life Support (BLS) required or must be obtained within 12 months of hire.Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required :Knowledge of medical office management systems and procedures preferred.Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work.Social perceptiveness and service oriented.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and planning skills.Proficiency in MS Office and patient management software preferred.Come join us in making a difference!
