Job descriptionProvide backup coverage for team absences and outages Support network administration and system maintenance Assist with hardware setups including docking stations and multi-monitor configurations Perform break-fix troubleshooting and hands-on technical support Contribute to SharePoint and Microsoft 365 optimization Participate in disaster recovery planning and outsourced IT coordination 3-5+ years of experience in IT systems and network administration Hands-on experience with Windows-based systems and thin clients Familiarity with Cisco VPN, dual-computer remote setups, and telecom systems Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and SharePoint collaboration tools Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently Excellent communication and adaptability in a dynamic environment Experience with Symitar core systems Exposure to Cisco Jabber, Frontier analog lines, and Crown Castle data lines Background in disaster recovery and outsourced IT coordination Interest in automation and AI-driven solutions
Job Title : Network / System Administrator
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000 per year
Location : Primarily on-site with remote flexibility evaluated case-by-case
Employment Type : Direct Hire
Travel : Minimal
