Duties :
- Provide progressive and continuous technical support.
- Troubleshoot complex issues, track and analyze logs.
- Coordinate with third-party components including AWS, GCP, CBP, Airlines, Departure Control Systems support, and Airport IT Help Desk.
- Conduct ad-hoc training for end-users and product demonstrations.
- Follow technical SOPs and maintain effective communication with customers and team members.
- Perform installation, configuration, and basic network troubleshooting.
- Utilize ticketing systems and perform basic Excel tasks (formatting, formulas).
Minimum Qualifications :
3+ years of progressive and continuous experience providing technical support.A+ certification.Hands-on experience in installation, configuration, and basic network troubleshooting.Strong reading, speaking, and communication skills.Physical ability to perform technical tasks.Experience with ticketing systems and Microsoft Excel.Work Locations :

Shifts :
Wednesday through Saturday : 8 : 00 PM - 6 : 30 AM (10-hour days, 30-min lunch)Sunday through Wednesday : 8 : 00 PM - 6 : 30 AM (10-hour days, 30-min lunch)Thursday through Sunday : 12 : 00 PM - 10 : 30 PM (10-hour days, 30-min lunch)Additional shifts as needed to accommodate operations :
