Operations Manager

We're seeking an experienced, forward-thinking Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations in our highly automated distribution facility. This leader will oversee people, processes, and technology to ensure world-class service, operational excellence, and a culture of continuous improvement. What You'll Do

Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing teamproviding coaching, feedback, and clear direction to drive productivity, engagement, and operational success.

Oversee all warehouse operations including labor planning, equipment / automation utilization, budgeting, safety, sanitation, and process integrity.

Champion continuous improvement by optimizing workflows, enhancing accuracy, and ensuring efficient inbound / outbound flow and inventory management.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Inventory Control, Operations Support, HR, Finance, and CI to ensure product availability, streamlined communication, and customer satisfaction.

Analyze data and operational reports to identify trends, drive proactive problem-solving, and implement strategic solutions.

Ensure full compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirementsbuilding a culture where safety is the foundation of every task.

Align site performance with company KPIs across cost, service, productivity, quality, and team development.

Support automation and material-handling equipment operations to ensure uptime, efficiency, and reliability.

What You Bring

5+ years of warehouse operations or warehouse management experience, ideally in an automated or high-volume environment.

Strong leadership skills with a track record of developing teams, driving accountability, and elevating performance.

Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS) and strong comfort with operational technology.

Excellent communicatorable to collaborate across departments and confidently present to internal partners, customers, and leadership.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and general comfort working with data.

Ability to work in a variety of warehouse environments, including cold storage (-20F) and warm / dry areas (up to 100F), with proper PPE.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work a flexible schedule including weekends as needed.

Comfort working in environments with varying noise levels.
