Job Summary

Our client is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee and direct commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with defined resources. This role involves immediate engagement with key executives, strategic client interactions, and integration with subcontractors. The Senior Project Manager will be fiscally responsible for their projects, including cash collection and approval of all invoices.

Primary Responsibilities :

Openings in the following locations : Baltimore, MD; Ashburn, VA; Centreville, VA; Columbus, OH

Qualifications :

Compensation

Base salary up to $150k + Bonus eligible based on projects, individual, and company performance.
