  • Lead electrical integration activities with manufacturing regarding all electrical architecture and systems integration workstreams, providing clear guidance and support to ensure a smooth production process
  • Create comprehensive release artifacts, diagrams, and documentation for platform electrical architectures for consumption by all cross-functional teams
  • Serve as single point of contact for electrical issues in vehicle, providing rapid response and expertise to resolve critical concerns impacting vehicle development
  • Coordinate with systems test teams to perform vehicle level testing and debugging, collecting and analyzing data and organizing cross-functional reviews
  • Lead ongoing product development while also applying lessons learned to inform and optimize the design of electrical systems for future vehicle programs

Qualifications

You'll have...

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • An eagerness to work cross-functionally in a dynamic environment where you are part of a high performing team
  • A systems approach to design and development with the desire and curiosity to strive for exceptional delivery execution and continuous improvement
  • Even better, you may have...

  • Master's Degree Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering or related fields
  • Hands-on experience with electrical test equipment (oscilloscopes, DMMs, signal generators, power supplies, etc.)
  • Experience with requirements capture in requirements management software platforms (JAMA, etc.)
  • Experience with hardware development from concept through production launch in automotive or similar
  • Experience with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Hazard Analysis and Risk Assessment (HARA)
  • Experience with electrical / electro-mechanical devices involving networked microcontrollers and embedded software
