Position
Full Time
Shift : 8 : 00am - 5 : 00pm (Monday – Friday)
Compensation : $18 - $20 / hour

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications : Preferred candidate will have some maintenance certifications. Valid Driver's License. Must be able to get to and attend meetings and training away from the property
Minimum Experience : Be able to demonstrate well-rounded maintenance skills, i.e., possess a working knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, finish carpentry, and heating, ventilation, and air conditioning trades (gas and electric furnaces, as well as heat pump units). Must possess excellent customer service skills. Should be able to read written directions, including schematics, and have the ability to work on a computer.
