Site Superintendent

We're looking for Site Superintendents to oversee daily field operations for our construction projects throughout LA County . This is a key leadership role responsible for ensuring construction stays on schedule, team members are aligned with project goals, and all safety and quality standards are met.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Leadership : Lead daily kick-off meetings to outline tasks, objectives, and roles.
• Task Management : Allocate work based on team members' skills, ensuring maximum efficiency and productivity.
• Safety & Quality : Deliver daily safety talks, enforce all safety procedures, and conduct regular quality checks.
• Communication : Serve as the main point of contact between the field crew, project managers, and upper management.
• Documentation : Maintain detailed logs of daily activities, issues, and completed work.
