If you love engaging in high-profile projects supporting the U.S Navy and our U.S Naval Ships, Serco has a great opportunity for you! Serco is hiring a Senior Marine Electrician to be part of a dynamic team supporting our US. Navy located in the beautiful surroundings of Norfolk, Virginia. In this role, your primary work location will be Norfolk with the possibility of work in Chesapeake, Newport News, and / or Portsmouth VA.

Serco supports our US Naval Ships with successful and safe work by providing cabling, equipment, and C5ISR system installations for our Military. You will join an amazing team to fabricate, and assemble various electromechanical and electronic assemblies by applying appropriate safety techniques

This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain an active DoD Secret clearance post-employment

You play a critical role in ensuring that successful and safe work is performed on-board U.S. Naval Ships and our Military installations, which is vital to our Mission to protect and serve our Military.

In this role you will :

• Receive initial instructions, equipment requirements, and advice from supervisor or engineer as needed; performs recurring work independently; work is reviewed for technical adequacy or conformity with instructions including troubleshooting and correcting malfunctions.
