Automotive Service Advisor

Location : Indianapolis, IN

Schedule : Monday to Friday

Salary : $50,000 – $85,000 annually (based on experience)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor with a strong passion for customer service and vehicle care in Indianapolis, IN . The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in service advising, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage both retail and fleet accounts effectively.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and technicians.

Accurately document vehicle issues and service requests.

Provide cost estimates and obtain customer authorization for repairs.

Maintain communication with customers throughout the repair process.

Coordinate with parts and service departments to ensure timely completion of work.

Manage fleet service accounts and ensure customer satisfaction.

Uphold company standards for professionalism and customer care.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of automotive service advisor experience .

Prior parts experience preferred but not required.

Strong customer service and communication skills.

Computer proficiency and strong phone etiquette.

Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude.

Proven ability to deliver high-quality service and build lasting customer relationships.

Compensation & Benefits
