Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our multidisciplinary team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about supporting neurodiverse youth and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Your Role :
Manage a caseload of approximately 810 clients, maintaining standard BCBA responsibilities
Implement neurodiversity-affirming and compassionate ABA therapeutic techniques
Conduct assessments and submit semi-annual re-evaluations to track progress
Maintain clinical and administrative records in compliance with HIPAA and professional standards
Provide parent training and collaborate with speech, occupational, and physical therapists, as well as psychologists
Supervise, train, and provide constructive feedback to Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Requirements :
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder and related conditions
Proven experience implementing ABA methodologies with children with autism
Successful background screening and verification
