Position Summary

The Excellence Manager will be responsible for implementing and driving Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives across the site, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives . This role will lead the Excellence program deployment , fostering a culture of operational and customer excellence while optimizing safety, quality, delivery, and cost. The ideal candidate will partner with site leadership and cross-functional teams to drive efficiency, eliminate waste, and develop problem-solving capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategy deployment (SD) by aligning Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across all levels of the organization.
• Develop and implement the Excellence and Cost to Win (CTW) strategy, ensuring effective governance and execution.
• Coach and mentor the plant leadership team on Lean Six Sigma principles, benchmarking best practices, and embedding a zero-loss approach.
• Drive Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives, leading Kaizen events, and improving site performance through structured problem-solving methodologies.
• Develop and grow Lean Six Sigma capabilities, ensuring systematic deployment of Excellence methodologies across all functions.
• Oversee and coordinate component teams and focused improvement projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Manage a team of Excellence Factory Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and capability-building.
• Ensure site-wide engagement in operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and cost reduction initiatives.
