Medical Director

We are proud to be working with a long-established, highly regarded small animal hospital in Bridgeport, CT, who are seeking a Medical Director to lead their compassionate and collaborative team.

The facility includes two exam rooms, a dedicated surgery suite, an in-house lab with IDEXX equipment, and a spacious treatment and reception area. You will be stepping into a leadership role with a supportive hospital manager and regional operations team, guiding two newer veterinarians while also carrying a caseload. The retiring founder leaves behind a legacy of mentorship and high standards of care, and you’ll have the opportunity to shape the next chapter of this hospital’s growth. Importantly, this role offers a 4-day work week, no weekends, and no on-call responsibilities, supporting a healthy work-life balance.
