Job descriptionMaintains relationships with residents, Company team members, and vendors on a professional level at all times Maintenance coordination duties include responding to service requests Assigning work orders to appropriate vendors, scheduling, follow up through verification of completion Paying close attention to minimize maintenance costs Conducts daily courtesy follow up calls to residents and guests following completed repairs and reviews. Property inspections Phone reception Guest reservations, check in / out Fielding emergency calls outside of business hours Computer literate : MS Office, AppFolio, other Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong organizations skills Self-motivated, creative, and resourceful Bi-lingual in English and Spanish highly preferred Reliable with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment Valid California Drivers License, clean DMV driving record Willingness to travel locally throughout Santa Cruz County Monday to Friday Weekends on call as needed Property maintenance : 1 year (Preferred) Customer service : 1 year (Preferred) English & Spanish (Preferred) Driver's License (Required)

Our Property Management firm offers a variety of services including complete residential property management, leasing, and vacation rental management. Serving Santa Cruz County Property Management since 1972, we are currently seeking an energetic, organized, and self-driven Assistant Property Manager / Office Assistant. The position may be considered for full or part time.
