Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Real Estate Manager to oversee all operational aspects of a single, mixed-use property with six distinct budgets . This role includes budget oversight, vendor management, lease enforcement , and overall day-to-day property management responsibilities.
You will work alongside an on-site Assistant Manager to ensure operational excellence and tenant satisfaction across the property.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day property operations including site inspections, vendor supervision, and service oversight
- Manage and review vendor contracts, bids, and invoices
- Conduct lease reviews and enforce lease terms and property rules
- Participate in leasing calls and coordination with stakeholders
- Manage and track multiple property budgets
- Prepare written reports, emails, and documentation for stakeholders
- Collaborate with the Assistant Manager to deliver high-quality property management services
Must-Have Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in the below :Budgeting : Ability to interpret and manage multiple operational budgetsVendor Management : Skilled in coordinating with third-party service providersWritten Communication : Strong ability to draft clear, professional correspondence and documentationEducation : Associate’s degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferredTechnical Proficiency :Microsoft ExcelMicrosoft Office SuiteComfortable learning Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platformsNice-to-Have SkillsExperience managing mixed-use buildings (commercial + residential / retail / industrial)Exposure to lease administration and enforcementWork Environment / Role Nuances
