About The Job
As the head of agency, you will be responsible for empowering your team to strengthen long-term relationships with our key Premier Partner agencies. You will lead and manage Google's agency team to provide the highest level of service to these partners.
You'll work with your team to develop Google solutions that support agencies in driving business growth through existing customers. A key focus will be improving the agencies' go-to-market capabilities through education, agreements, and value-added programs. This role requires you to work effectively with stakeholders and develop strategies focused on driving impact at scale. You must be an effective leader who embodies Google's values, prioritizes team development, and fosters a culture of collaboration and ideation. You'll need a solid understanding of Google's ecosystem and advertising solutions as you collaborate with cross-functional partners. Businesses that partner with Google come in all shapes and sizes, and no single advertising solution works for all. Using your relationship-building skills, you will provide Google-caliber client service, research, and market analysis. You'll anticipate how decisions are made, persistently uncover the business needs of Google's key clients, and understand how our product offerings can grow their business. Working alongside them, you will set the direction and strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $168,000-$249,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
