Organize office logistics including supplies, facilities, and vendor management.
Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and internal meetings.
Maintain records, assist in documentation, and support HR tasks such as onboarding logistics.

Assist with content creation for social media, email campaigns, and newsletters.
Coordinate logistics for webinars, trade shows, and internal events.
Update company website content and track web analytics under supervision.
Support CRM data entry, lead tracking, and reporting tasks.
Help manage marketing collateral, branded materials, and promotional items.
Qualifications
1–3 years of experience in office administration, marketing, or a similar dual role.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and basic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and marketing tools (Mailchimp, WordPress, HubSpot is a plus).
Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
High School Diploma required; Associate/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferred.
