NOC / Level II Network Engineer

World Wide Technology is looking for a Level 2 NOC Engineer in Scottsdale, AZ 85051 (Onsite). This role is part of WWT's Strategic Resourcing services and is a contract role. The candidate will be supporting a WWT customer and will be employed by one of WWT's preferred partners. The partner will provide full compensation and benefit information prior to employment with the partner.

Contract : 6 months with potential to go full time

Location : Scottsdale, AZ - onsite 3-4 days per week

Start Date : ASAP

Expected 40 hrs / week with flexibility (after-hours bridge calls offset with time adjustments).

Overtime eligible beyond 40 hours.

Responsibilities :

• Troubleshoot and resolve incidents on Cisco Meraki, firewall, and route / switch environments.
• Act as technical leads for shifts (potential shift leads).
• Support incident / ServiceNow process improvement.
• Troubleshoot Meraki devices and firewalls.
• Handle incident and service requests (ServiceNow).
• Join and contribute confidently on bridge calls.
• Support 24x7 operations via follow-the-sun with India team.
• Potentially serve as shift leads (manage 4-5 people per shift).
