Heavy Civil Superintendent

As a Heavy Civil Superintendent for Ledcor, you will function as a field supervisor overseeing civil project operations on Earthwork construction projects and be responsible for the organization, work methods, scheduling, cost control, conformity with drawings and specifications, workmanship, and assignment of work to accomplish project goals. You will also work to maintain positive working relationships with clients, architects / engineers, suppliers, subcontractors, and jobsite staff. Essential Responsibilities

• Supervise all aspects of civil construction operations, ensuring compliance with approved plans, specifications, and company standards
• Maintain high-quality workmanship while optimizing labor and material efficiency
• Enforce site safety protocols that meet or exceed corporate, client, and regulatory requirements
• Monitor and update construction schedules to meet milestones and production targets
• Review supplier and subcontractor invoices for accuracy and report discrepancies
• Hire and manage hourly field staff in coordination with the Project Manager
• Prepare and process field change orders with client representatives as needed
• Lead planning meetings with Maintenance and Operations to ensure equipment readiness and operational continuity

Working Conditions

$108,400-$135,000-$149,050 Site or project-based roles may be eligible for additional pay elements

This is the expected base pay range for this role. Individual base pay will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, knowledge, skills, education and location.
