Job Title : Case Manager
Location : Santa Ana, CA
Work Model : Onsite
Compensation : $25-$40 / hour (Based on Experience)
Position Overview : We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Case Manager to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and have experience managing personal injury cases. This role involves coordinating with clients, attorneys, and insurance companies to ensure the efficient progression of cases.
Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee a caseload of personal injury claims from inception to resolution.
- Communicate effectively with clients, medical providers, and insurance adjusters.
- Collect and organize necessary documentation, including medical records and police reports.
- Assist attorneys in preparing demand letters and settlement packages.
- Maintain detailed and accurate case files and notes.
- Schedule and coordinate medical appointments and legal proceedings.
- Provide translation and interpretation services for Spanish-speaking clients.
Qualifications :
3+ years of experience managing a heavy case load in the Personal Injury field.Language Skills : Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.Technical Skills : Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and case management software such as Clio, LexisNexis, & CASEpeer.Interpersonal Skills : Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.Professionalism : Excellent phone etiquette and a client-focused attitude.Apply here or shoot me an email @ Marcus@RecruitifyUSA.com with your resume.
