Skilled General Dentist or Prosthodontist to join a highly productive quality-oriented cosmetic, restorative & implant practice in Palm Beach Gardens for long term associateship position.

Practice is very busy & has an exceptional reputation in the community allowing a skilled dentist to immediately be productive.

This is a lead dentist position allowing a competent professional to produce at least $1M-$1.5M or more the first year with plenty of growth over time.

Modern 7 op facility with state-of-the-art equipment including 3D CT scan, digital scanners, lasers, electric handpieces + flat screen monitors in all ops for treatment discussions with patients.

The clinical & administrative teams are highly trained & experienced in presenting and delivering high quality dentistry with a strong focus on comprehensive treatment acceptance.

Opportunity for mentorship & growth in cosmetics, implant surgery & full mouth reconstruction from a highly credentialed lead doctor who is reducing his schedule.

• 80% FFS, 20% selective PPO’s. NO HMO’s.
• We are a small group of private practices & not a DSO or corporate.

• Associate doctor will see 30-50 quality new patients per month, many in need of major dentistry.
• Must have min. 5 years of quality clinical experience with strong skills in crown & bridge, cosmetics, endodontics & possibly would like to increase skills placing implants.
• Excellent people skills & strong communication skills necessary.
• Our practice sees many affluent patients seeking high quality comprehensive dentistry & readily accept comprehensive treatment when properly explained & presented.
• Formal cosmetic training is preferable.
• Full time 4 days / week with opportunity to add ½ day Fridays if desirable.
• Compensation based on monthly production with no lab fees. Qualified doctor should earn $300K - $400K 1st year & grow from there.
• Daily minimum guarantee, but qualified doctor should easily surpass the minimum
