Join a fast-paced and growing HVAC company in Fort Lauderdale as a Data Entry Specialist! Responsibilities

You'll play a key part in maintaining accurate records, supporting day-to-day operations, and ensuring high standards of quality assurance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, values accuracy, and can balance administrative tasks with great customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

• Enter and update data into internal systems with speed and accuracy
• Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity
• Handle customer service inquiries with professionalism and a positive attitude
• Work closely with technicians, managers, and other staff to support office operations
• Assist with reporting and document organization as needed
