Your Role and Impact
As a PTA-Home Health, you will :
- Deliver therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Implement personalized care plans using therapeutic exercises and mobility techniques
- Document patient progress and maintain compliance with care standards
- Support and educate patients and families to promote continued recovery
- Collaborate across disciplines to ensure effective, holistic care delivery
